3/4 cup(s) Community Coffee House Blend, ground
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup(s) creole seasoning
6 lb chicken wings (drums & flats)
Directions
  1. In medium bowl, combine brown sugar, ground coffee, creole seasoning, salt and pepper. In large bowl, combine chicken and brown sugar mixture; toss until thoroughly coated.
  2. Spray grill rack with nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium heat (300° F to 350° F). Grill chicken in batches, turning frequently, until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 165° F (about 20 minutes). Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce, garnished with green onions.
